United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona (UCP) receives $15,000.00 from Arizona Lottery Partnership will fund the UCP Early Intervention Coaching Model for Parents

United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona (UCP) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded $15,000.00 from the Arizona Lottery Community Sponsorship Program. The funds will go towards the Early Intervention Program at United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona to help provide comprehensive services to individuals with disabilities and their families through physical and developmental support as well as educational growth which is the foundation for independent living.

With these additional resources, UCP of Central Arizona will be able to continue to ensure that every child referred to the Early Intervention Program is able to benefit from the Coaching Model for Parents. Parents and caregivers will continue to be educated on how to best support the developmental learning opportunities now available for their child's success and help ease the tension and frustration that often accompanies this journey.

"Community partners, like Arizona Lottery, are so critical in helping UCP of Central Arizona ensure that individuals with disabilities will achieve their potential and experience equality in the community," said Chuck Smith, Interim CEO of UCP. "All the UCP staff and members want to thank the Arizona Lottery for its dedication and support, and for making a positive impact on our community."
