Rhoton joined the organization in 2015 and has served as one∙n∙ten's Director of Finance and Operations and its Director of Development. He now will lead a team serving LGBTQ youth throughout the Valley and extending into other Arizona communities, including Flagstaff.

"I'm honored to be working with such a dedicated team focused on serving LGBTQ youth across our state," says Nate Rhoton. "Our efforts will continue to focus on housing, workforce and leadership development and maximizing the community impact of our new youth center."  Rhoton takes the helm as the organization celebrates its 25th anniversary of serving youth ages 14-24.

Rhoton is tasked with overseeing one∙n∙ten programs, which include its Youth Center, the Queer Blended Learning Center - an online high school diploma partnership with K12; OUTdoors! Camp - the largest LGBTQ camp of its kind attracting youth from all over North America; the Promise of a New Day (P.O.N.D) housing program for homeless youth; the YES program - a life skills and youth employment program, and a half a dozen one∙n∙ten satellite centers across Arizona.
