Amelia Klawon and Heather Hiscox are social entrepreneurs who are deeply passionate about helping nonprofit and social impact organizations access the resources they need to be more efficient and effective in achieving their mission. Heather has an MPH with a focus on health disparities and Amelia has an MBA with a focus in entrepreneurship. With a combined 30 years in the nonprofit sector and founder of multiple businesses, Heather and Amelia have worked for a wide range of organizations and served in a variety of different roles, ranging from fundraising to program development, delivery and evaluation, to volunteer management.

As co-founders and co-directors of the Nonprofit and Social Impact Programs for Moves the Needle, Amelia and Heather coach nonprofits, foundations, higher education and government organizations around the world in igniting their entrepreneurial spirit to enable them to stay relevant, vet opportunities and create deep value for those they serve.

They have worked with hundreds of nonprofit and social impact professionals and dozens of teams from organizations such as the YWCA Southern Arizona, The San Diego Foundation, United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona, Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona, Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, the City of Hayward and Pima Community College.
